ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States including its commonwealths, territories and possessions (collectively referred to herein as “states”) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states/territories where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such legal age of majority) with a valid email address at the time of entry and drawing. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Rad Air Complete Car Care and Tire Centers [or/and [Add additional sponsor if there is one] (the “Sponsor”), Company 119, LTD., (the “Administrator”, collectively with the Sponsor the “Promotion Parties”) and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, territory, and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Friday, March 31, 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 2, 2023 (“Entry Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to enter or win. There is one method of entry for the Sweepstakes: log on to [https://staging.radair.com/about/events/piston-power-show/] [and click on the icon] for the [name of sweepstakes] and follow the on-screen entry instructions. [No other method of entry will be accepted.] Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be void. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about April 4, 2023 by Administrator to select the winner[s] from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winner[s] will be notified by email and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 15 days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner randomly selected by Administrator. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected by Administrator. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the random outcome, which shall be final in all matters (except as provided for herein). Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winner’s name, and likeness for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.

Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, territory, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion.

CONDITIONS. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problems, or in the event the Contest is unable to run his plan for any other reason, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the contest to address the impairment and then resume the contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of the contest rules, or (B) terminate the contest and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acted in violation of the official rules or in any unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should an attempt be ma the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney’s fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The winner shall be randomly selected and shall be notified via email used during the entry process.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/RELEASE. By participating in the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Parties, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and other companies associated with the contest, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the contest, including loss, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulty; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the contest; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d) application downloads, (e) any other errors or problems in connection with the contest, including without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the contest, the announcement of the winner, the cancellation or postponement of the event and/or the flyover, if applicable, the incorrect downloading of the application, the processing of entries application downloads or in any contest-related material; or (f) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants’ participation in the contest or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize (including any traveler activity related thereto). Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the contest, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of contest rules, entrance rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of laws of any jurisdiction other than Ohio. Information collected from the entrant is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.
